Is there still no post quest location for this note ?? It’s been missing for so long ….. :/

    Nope. All the books for Tan's quests are in the Gardener's Greenhouse, near the Ritual Stone in SE Malabal Tor - except this one and Letter from Gardener

    They really should consider making the Eidetic Memory account-wide (except those skill-line books, of course).
