    Panicked Note - This was part of the quest for Ashbound Hall. Checked myself. You can't acces location post-quest.

    Nope. I have checked every location where it "should" be. Start/End locations. Fellowship camps. Sunport.

    Maybe someone on forum can confirmed it?
    UPD: According to the quest timeline, while players with a season pass are sent to the trembling fortress, players without a season pass are given this quest with a Razum-dar and supplies.

    Here is the same place for someone who does not have the season pass :

    For anyone still looking for The Ritual of Zyv-Elehk (Ritual Fires Dormant), it appears next to Morlia after completing the "Ghizor's Ritual" daily quest, replacing The Ritual of Zyv-Elehk (Ritual Fires Lit).

    I thought it might. Which means Lit will be unavailable if you do the quest before reading it. Shades of Undaunted book.

    I missed one of the Ashbound Hall books but was able to go back and get it thanks to a friend who had not done the quest. Without that the doors will not reopen. Some of the books are optional for progression or in corners that can be missed and I don't have a list of every book in the place but there are like 10 I think.

    Given the contents of the letter I thought it might show up as an in-game mail. I did the related quest yesterday - which again the contents suggest needed doing first. The letter has yet to show.

    I've checked both fellowship camps, the mini camp, start and end locations of the quest, and sunport. No luck. Anyone managed to find it yet?

    Judging by the text of the letter itself, it seems you need to look near the monkey's corpse. I checked the beginning of the quest and it's not the same monkey. Does anyone know where monkeys die? XD

    Hastily Written Observations and Panicked Note are in Ashbound Hall, you will need a friend who has not done the quest to go with you since all the puzzle doors will not open unless you are grouped with someone on the quest.

    I'm pretty sure Letter for Dark Adept Vairisse was in your inventory during the quest Choice and Consequence for a step, unsure of post location.

    I can confirm both delve books are where they are stated to be but I don't recall exact ones. I'm pretty sure the Sea and Sword one is on a table or bench, and the Lair of the Black Worm one is on a ledge. Sorry if that's not the most helpful.
