I've done the quest there related to one-eye but the icon is still black. Is there a second quest linked to that quest hub that I mmissed?

Port to the nearest wayshrine. Then ride back towards the boat. Stick close to the cliffs away from the water. It should pop as "Discovered" and will then show as completePC EU

✭✭Oh Ok I see what did not go well: I did the quest without being checkes as having discovered the hub. I have to be on top of the ship symbol to "discover" it...0 -

TBF, the discover flag seems to be broken, given it should pop when you first enter that area but only seems to once you have completed the quest.PC EU
