Lost Among the Ashes quest in Eastern Solstice is stuck

I cannot interact with the ashes of Livanio Deltorius in the Brutal Arena section of Ashbound Hall. The quest arrow is stuck on Sirilonwe "reacting" to his attack even after killing him and telling me to search his ashes. When I leave to the next room and come back he respawns so I tried all of his dialogue options but the bug remains. Logging out doesn't help either.
I reported the bug in game (ticket 251115-003008) when I noticed other players around me didn't have any issues with the quest. Maybe it's worth noting that I had issues interacting with Livanio Deltorius when I first got to this stage of the quest as well - he was there but there was no quest marker on him or way to talk to him.

Welp, retaking the quest helped. It's just a bummer I had to run through the majority of the quest again (it's a pretty long one). It's also the second quest I had to abandon in the new zone.PC EU - @Pwooo in game - chronic crafting writ doer2 -

Yeah, I had to abandon some to. The bugs sucked a lot of the joy out of the new content. I feel for the design teams.PC EU

LordDragonSlayer✭✭✭I am sure this will get banned for being rude but this is inexcusable. It is not like this is a brand new game and there is no excuse for this or any quest not functioning the way it is supposed to function. Honestly, I feel like the developers/designers do not care about our time as players.2 -
