Skordo missing after phase 3

After completing the Writhing Fortress, I spoke with the prince and interacted with the lens to bring down the wall. It says to speak with Skordo but he is not there. Just an arrow that shows were to go but nothing. Do I have to abandon this quest and re-do the Writhing Fortress to complete this quest?
