IA run didn't count on leader board

My new friend and i made it to arc 6 1 1 and i had to leave. So we hit the sand clock thing to end the run and our run wasn't even counted. How do you voluntarily end the IA run ? Can we still get this run counted ?

✭✭You need to hit the wheel thing on the other side of the center from the portal to save your score.

JaxontheUnfortunate✭✭✭✭Yeah the wheel ends your run and submits the result to the leader board. The hourglass resets the instance.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭I haven't done an IA run since the leaderboard changes but sometimes scores randomly do not appear even if you die normally and lose your threads.
I have had a bunch of high scores simply get eaten by the void, especially on Necro.0 -
