[Bug] Replay Dialogue not greyed out *in Brackenleaf quest

It used to be a handy way to tell if a NPC was done speaking or if there was more dialogue to come (I play with an addon that hides the NPC text by the way):
If this is an unintended bug, please fix it.
If this was intended you just turned a feature that had 2 functions into a feature that only has 1 function
