I have not received Auroran Warhorse Mount after redeeming it on Twitch

It's been more than 5 days since I redeemed the horse and yet it is missing from my game. I even tried contacting customer support in the evening of the same day, and I only received an email stating that the dev team was notified. No support ticket was opened for some reason, only an email. Email had a line that if my issue is not resolved I could reply to the email itself directly, it's been three days since I replied, and I have not received any response. This issue still persists. I don't have the horse in the game. My account has the horse listed in billing.

    @ZOS_Kevin I tried contacting customer support and it got nowhere, I hope at least here someone can address this bug

    This is ridiculous, after a week of radio silence I tried opening a new ticket for this issue, and it was almost immediately closed for being a duplicate ticket. Just a slight problem here: No ticket was ever opened, so how can this be a duplicate ticket? Seems like a missing reward from twitch is a simple issue to fix, yet It’s been more than a week already. It does not help that it feels like I’m talking to a wall here due to complete radio silence when I try to reach out in any way.

    I'm sorry for tagging you here, it's just that with each passing day I'm losing hope of resolving this issue, especially since the twitch drops campaign featuring this item has already ended. I just want to make sure that at least someone sees this post. My main concern is the lack of communication I’ve faced from the customer support. It's been 12 days since I tried opening a ticket for the first time. Since my last comment on this post, I've tried to reply to that email again, and I also tried opening a new ticket, both attempts were futile: my email received no reply, and the new ticket was also closed immediately for being a duplicate just like the second one.
