While mounted and sprinting, while traveling away from entrance of Halls of Regulation in Clockwork City zone, after jumping into lake of oil, the mount animation and forward movement freezes. The only work around is to dismount.

This has been reported before but back then the issue was having a companion out (don't ask me why a companion out affects a mount but it does). You don't seem to have a companion out though? It may be worth mentioning that in your OP as it would indicate a different bug.

I do not have a companion out, nor even available on that own. I do not see the gear icon to edit my post either.
