you are not alone. i blame yesterdays' maintenance, which only slowed down PC EU
for me disconnects (with 334 Lost lobby connection) happen on changing the zone
it took me 10 attempts in row to teleport out of Solstice.
Or disconnect happen on logging in a character left in a crowded zone (Vivec City, Rampant Camp)
teleporting to empty housing or crowded zones fail, as i may speculate, server is too slow
to allocate housing instance or communicate with busy node hosting crowded zone
so i am disconnected by a timeout in interserver communication on Zenimax side.
i decided to tele to Artaeum as the zone is rather small and, normally, not crowded,
so this has helped a bit. tested several times, as all of my accounts are affected.

Took me ages to do my dailies, and then ages again to try to tidy up some master writs before the Witches event ends tomorrow.

It was "loading" for 10-20+ minutes, I don't know how long exactly as I decided to take another business, and eventually it was loaded.
