    I was able to beat the NPC consistently until I started complaining on the board about the flaws and things Ive seen in Tales of Tribute.

    Or just take a break, there's nothing wrong with that. I had several months when I was so disgusted with ToT that I haven't touched it. I'm slowly getting back into it, but I still have to do every trick in the book to make it tolerable.

    When you can explain to me why I can switch to my wife's account and play the EXACT same player who suddenly makes the single dumbest moves after whipping the floor with me on my account then lets talk MR I AM A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER!
    I have yet to see any valid explanation for it!

    I have also tried your so called method of sticking with exactly two decks constantly.

    Ive reached a point where I see the system handing the other player the cards to win so I basically hit the hour glass and say *** it.
    That way I can re Q without a 10 minute penalty or having to switch toons.

    Expert NPC Reynelle Gaersley (in Shimmerene on Oct 29) was atrocious. Hadn't seen them before, or not since I've started logging my games a while back. I do the NPC daily on a daily basis :). At some point I wondered if the NPC had cards just materializing out of thin air into their hand, but I don't keep track of cards. I have 100% win-rates against eNPCs; with this one I won 3 games out of 11. (Ten of those games had Orgnum, not one of my faves but the NPC was happily spamming it. Maybe there was some arithmetic error with Orgnum's power, but, much to my regret, not tracking cards also means not tracking that. However, it seems highly unlikely that the math would apply differently for only one character.     I had a 100% win rate against NPC's untiL I began complaining on this chat board.

    Ill say it again and ask!

    When ANYONE who wants to debate / argue can explain how Frank Smith plays against me on my account and wipes the floor / kicks my ass.
    Then FIVE minutes later Frank Smith plays against the account that is my wife's account and I kick his ass because he makes the dumbest mistakes possible.

    Feel free to explain it to me like I am FIVE

    You can not win that discussion and that is why you all avoid it!

    Sure, you like your explanation better, because it's yours. But hey, ZOS don't even have manpower to stop you from spreading conspiracies on the forum (which is against Community Rules). The idea of them having a desire and means to develop some super-algorithm to soil your cereal just doesn't mesh with anything else we can observe about this game.

    You're mistaking the noise for a signal, plain and simple.

    ZoS seems pretty understaffed as it is, I kinda doubt they're monitoring the forum and adjusting the ToT rng of individual players based on what they post.

    But believe what you want, it's not up to other players to explain anything or prove anything.

    Personally if I was getting this upset, I'd probably stop playing ToT at this point and seek out something more enjoyable where there wasn't a massive conspiracy against me, but that's just me.

    Didn't "suddenly" turn anything into anything.

    You have literally alleged that zos is engaged in a conspiracy [ok we don't like that word? how about plot? or scheme? a secret plan of action?] against you to harm your playing experience because of your forum complaints.

    Simply suggested that this seems unlikely to me, but that if it's true I personally might take a break from ToT and do something more enjoyable where my experience wasn't being ruined by outside forces. You've been posting for weeks, obviously things aren't improving. Anyway, you are absolutely free to ignore that suggestion and I have little else to say on the subject.
