More Than Just Weapon Passives Dropping?

Is it possible that more than just the passives for reduced block cost are being ignored when swapping weapon types?
It seems like I've seen many situations where resource regeneration gets stuck also.

- I've completed all the dungeon trifectas, Misery's Master, Mind Mender, Swashbuckler Supreme, Godslayer, Gryphon Heart, Immortal Redeemer, Tick Tock Tormentor, Dawnbringer, and I'm looking for nice folks to complete more trial achieves with.

✭✭If one passive is dropping off, then there shouldn't be any reason the others don't drop off too BUT given the mess the code is it's possible that each passive has an individual check on what weapon is equipped, rather then the whole block having a single check.PC EU
