So I'm guessing this will be a thing until the wall is breached. But yeah as Luna said, re-scrying works for now.
That's interesting you (or your friend) got the Pendulum! It's a cool piece. On PTS (in the thread above) it was clearly the new common drop for Eastern Solstice, but good to know it definitely drops in Western as well. That doesn't give me any hope for Map drops, but Idk, didn't test them this time.0
