Do you think PvP Scroll/Emperor bonuses should apply outside of your home campaign?

From what I've heard on the forums and in Zone Chat, an easy way to get PvP bonuses it to set your home campaign to one where your faction is unchallenged (i.e Goldbrand for EP or Hopesfire for AD) and reap all the bonuses while not actually playing on that server. Meaning you can guest on a server where you have zero keeps and zero Scrolls, but receive all the benefits of having all Scrolls and Emperor since your home campaign has it.
Do you think these Scroll/Emperor bonuses should apply to your character outside of your home campaign?

RedTalon✭✭✭✭✭NoI found that out when I first got kill any emperor.
Basically also found out there is a tactic that is used callred the EMP ZERG meaning all the current and former emps of a given faction will guest on a campaign where they are not doing well and abuse the bonuses that you are mentioning.
Basically maybe they need to do away with guesting or just make the bonuses apply to home campaign only.Edited by RedTalon on 16 May 2014 08:030
