Banner Bearer AOE Ring transparency setting

It would be really nice to have a setting in base game to change the transparency or intensity of the banner bearer AOE ring on the client side.
Sometimes it blocks the visual of things, and can be a lot to deal with if you're a tank. Some of them also "hide" heavy sacks and the Keen Eye Sight for heavy sacks.

✭✭✭✭It needs to be changed to a flat ground coloration. The ESO game client is already stretched to limits with all the added bloom effects over the past couple of years. BB's visual effects not only degrade performance, it blocks visibility for any poor schlub standing in front of the BB wielder.
