Are Vitrified Souls drop rate working as intended?

Huh. I feel both vindicated and annoyed in equal measure. Between this, the bizarre situation with the Helms quest if you happen to be 6/10 blacksmithing, and the errant Midconjourer Murmal, it's been quite an event. Did I leave out any other bugs? I bet the team is not exactly happy with how things have turned out - must be rough.

Drop still looks bugged, sometimes you get 15 halfway doing a camp, sometimes zero after several camp. There seem to be an additional condition controlling if someone get any loot at all on a camps or nothing at all drops from the the mobs there, because it's either 10+ corps lootable on the ground or zero.

Try not doing camps and invaded delves/dungeons for the souls. Just go to any area (like a battle site or ruin) of a main alliance zone where there Worm Cultists/Dremora would normally be present in large numbers in the course of the zone story quest line. That's worked for me so far, and I see others doing the same more frequently.

Using 1-2 heavy attacks before killing enemies works for me.
