Templar Radiant ward PvP?

Anybody know if Radiant ward is worth slotting? I have 36k health so it seems to scale nicely.

I think the shield is affected by Battle Spirit, so it is halved. Even with 36K and 120% bonus, not worth it.
I wish it was better, it would be more fun!
