Will French voiceover be applied to Season of the Worm Cult part 2 ?

The patch notes states that French voiceover will not happen for Updates 47 and 48. French voiceover will apparently be back "asap" according to this reply by @ZOS_Kevin, but will this apply to the content of Season of the Worm Cult part 2?

People playing in French paid the content pass with the expectation that there would be voiceover as usual, so having half of the season without it doesn't feel nice to say the least.

It would help to understand why this happens, and what we can expect in the future. I really hope this isn't a sign that French voice actors will be replaced by AI...

    That's a very good question.
The last time we had to wait for the translation it was for Greymoor and it was understandable because it was the begining of the COVID confinement which caused understandable problems to get the voiceover in time.

But there it's unacceptable that we don't have any more communication except that "We look forward to bringing back French voice over as soon as possible." from patch note and no information on the why we don't have voiceover in time as usual.

I understand some issues can happen but I cannot understand the lack of any informations about the reason and the estimated time to have it. It's been a MONTH now and we don't have it back and don't know more about when it will be really back...

I pay ESO+ and preordered the content pass but I cannot play those new dungeons quests and maybe the next of the content in the language I played the game for years. I don't even know yet if I will be able to do the Writhing Wall event in my language or not, something that I cannot wait the voiceover to be back as it will time limited.

Exactly. It's completely understandable that an event could have delayed localization, even if it's due to a change in the terms and conditions and the people responsible. But without communication, localization could give the impression of being abandoned, which could even lead to a wave of refund claims.

Long time since I last wrote here, but this is complete nonsense and a total lack of respect for the French community - especially without any communication about it.

Playing the extension is very disturbing for people used to the French voices.
I had to turn off the English voices because, out of habit, it's impossible for me to read French while listening to English voices.

My girlfriend even cried when her favorite character started speaking English, she was really disappointed (yes, she's sensitive but anyway).

So, we're now cancelling both of our ESO+ subscriptions for now. Let see for the rest.

I see a lot of people in my guilds saying they will just leave the game. With the lack of communication, people think (maybe correctly) that the French voiceover is just abandonned. I'm afraid that if nothing is done quickly to reassure the French community, a lot a them will move away from the game swiftly.
