Support The Fellowship Quest

Does this quest go away at some point? I've visited all camps and completed quests for the daily quest at the support camp. Quest is still in my journal. Bug, I missed something or it will stay until the event is over? OCD sorry I like a neat and tidy journal.

Guessing it's meant to be an umbrella quest that guides you through the three stages of the event, and will only be completed when the wall finally comes down and the token enemy is defeated.

I think you're right, which is pretty bad game design to fill up one of the limited number of quests we can have active at a time with a quest that we can't complete for a month or more.

Is there any official info on this? I'm not sure whether it's supposed to end on its own after the event, or whether it's just bugged. According to the collections menu, it's also supposed to drop some reward, so that sounds more like you'd need to turn it in somehow?

According to the wiki, the last stage of the Support The Fellowship quest ends when the next stage of the event (Phase 2) starts.

I was wondering about this, too. I guess if you're on the final step (help the war effort), it'll complete when phase 2 starts.

would be nice if we got +5 quests to our log to make up for the forced ones in main quest incl cadwell's silver/messages across tamriel/etc that we can't abandon + this new one that if we abandon we won't get a reward for, etc.

Yea seems this one will be there until all phases are completed. Mine updated with the few new NPC interactions on phase two but it is still there, waiting on the third phase....
