What happened to the Dark Fissures/Mini Incursions?

Used to be that I bumped into one fairly often (as in, at least every day) in e.g. Deshaan, either the normal ones or the Soul Reaper ones. However, for the last many weeks I haven't seen a single one. Did I miss the memo? Have we already beaten the Worm Cult and Molag Bal into oblivion (pun intended)?

We keep asking and we keep getting ignored. You’d think it would be a very simple one sentence answer but six weeks later and apparently it is top secret. It is so top secret, they can’t even acknowledge that we are asking the question. That would be considered rude to any business that cared about its customers. But at ZOS, “it is working as intended.”

But don’t forget to spend your gaming time filling out surveys. ZOS doesn’t get enough feedback.

There was an official message on those a week or so ago. The last update broke them, and they're expecting the next update to fix them again.

Any idea where this response might be found? Moderators seem to be all about moving threads to where they think they belong, it is hard to know where to look.
