VENGEANCE needs to be applied to TRAIL GROUPS

Since Vengeance is so awesome, I propose we also apply this ruleset to Trial groups. I think the fact that the builds are simpler and easier to understand would make us PVPers able to handle PVE content.

If PVEers need simpler builds to compete in PVP, then PVPers need simpler builds to understand the complex PVE.

This is only fair.

Vengeance for PVE as well!

I am with you there. Thats what I tell all those PvE people usually if they want to explain to me how Vengeance is the better PvP.

I unironically think this would be great, especially to introduce people to group pve without the pressure to farm a bunch of *** or come up with a viable build. It'd be like the tutorial we should have had.

But not the only way to play of course.

I PVP and PVE at a high level and at this point I say yeah, go for it. Would love to see what the shoe looks like on the other foot and who gets upset about it.

Seems like it would be easier to go further and remove abilities entirely, only light and heavy attacks like it's a tab target shooter.

Then I propose Elder perks online and launch it as a separate game.
It is not a solution for PVP it dumbs down everything the game has been built on.

I think that ZOS should continue doing Vengeance testing for several days every month or so until they get the data they are looking for.

Separately, have any of you tried playing PvE with a beam build? I'm not talking end game veteran hard mode, but everything else PvE? Generate crux, beam, repeat. Easy to play PvE overland and normal dungeons/trials. Vengeance testing has more build diversity, and I think it is harder to play.

I agree, hard mode dungeons too please. I really want a couple personalities and mounts I haven't been able to get joining randoms and I don't really like playing PvE anyway so some kind of uniformity that lowers the skill and effort dump would be really helpful.

There's also lags and freezes in pve for a while now and a pve vengeance playtest might provide further informations about these issues.

ZOS are not doing Vengeance just to be jerks. They are doing it because non-Vengeance Cyro performance is atrocious and has been for years and years and they have tried lots of incremental fixes that didn't fix it.

If performance in Trials was as bad as performance in non-Vengeance Cyrodiil, ZOS would absolutely be experimenting with ways to reduce server strain and make Trials better. If performance in non-Vengeance Cyro was as good as performance in Trials, Vengeance would not be a thing.

To be honest to my experience the games has more freezes and lags in pve than in pvp. From me it's a 3 hour drive to the servers.

The only lags I ever witnessed in pvp on xbox EU since servers were renewed is when I play Sorc. Sorc is very laggy compared to other classes. Many people play Sorc. I think something alway has been off about this class.

PVP in ESO is not working as it is. It has not been working properly from the start. Everyone knows that. Cyrodiil is a stale, dead mode and they could not improve it because of performance issues. Vengeance is not a great mode, but at least Cyrodiil is working there : some basic functionality we've asked for a decade.

PvE performance issues are known for months now and in what kind of world do we wanna live in, if addressing performance issues in a video game is considered trolling?

Also I do believe many new players would really enjoy to make pve normal and vet content more accessible.

Saying EVERYONE knows Cyrodiil isn't working is simply not true. There are large amounts of people who don't experience the issues talked about on the forums. I experience 999+ in Rawl more often than in Cyrodiil. My experience in Cyrodiil has led to very little frustration when it comes to performance.

You've got it exactly backwards. End game PvE performs as bad or worse than live cyrodiil. That's why even PvE should get the vengeance treatment.
