I didn't find anything with a google search for this issue. NA server/ PC.

On mount riding down a body of water, ride under a bridge and get dismounted.
I first saw this in Glenumbra outside of Aldcroft (see below image for bridge location):

I tried three different mount types - Got dismounted each time.
Once dismounted, I cannot mount again until I get out from under the bridge.
Disabled all addons - still happened.
All three arches dismounted me.
The arches are tall, so I don't think it is the game thinking mount plus character is too tall to go under. I got dismounted under bridges in Aldcroft, but I expected to get dismounted as the bridges were not tall enough for mount and character.
Tried it on another character

The issue is not with all bridges - the one outside of Daggerfall next to the Events tent does not dismount when I ride under it.
Tried the two bridges outside of Wayrest near the Dro-Dara Plantation wayshrine. The bridge above the wayshrine dismounts you. The bridge to the left of the wayshrine is fine.

I can confirm that Aldcroft bridge does indeed dismount my character.

Very weird.

Edit: and the Dro-Dara bridges behavior is as described by OP.

Some bridges are flagged as "indoors" so you get the dismount. It seems to be an inconsistency in the early game code. IC is terrible for this - you dismount when riding under a broken overpass.

Also occurs here by the bridge near the Dro-Dara Plantation wayshrine which is a convenient underpass for getting to the treasure map location quicker; dismounts you when you hit underneath the bridge.

edit: just realized OP covered dro-dara bridge too, just came back here after reading it yesterday thinking it was a different bridge; so yeah, can confirm it happens there.
