There is something going on with the jewel in the [Beaded Circlet] major adornment.

The crystal that is hanging from the middle part changes color when selecting different minor adornments. In some cases this is kinda cool, such as with the new Soul Harvester Earrings, see here:
But with most adornments it turns out looking horribly glitchy, missing textures or becoming completely black:
