• PC/Mac: No maintenance – November 17
• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – November 17, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 4:00PM EST (21:00 UTC)
• Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – November 19, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EST (17:00 UTC)
Due to a hardware issue, the European Xbox megaserver is currently unavailable while we perform maintenance.

PS5 -NA - Hero's Return on the EU but not on the NA?

I have accounts on both servers. I login each morning, first to the EU, and then to the NA. The NA is my main game. I got Hero's Return this morning on the Euro server but not on the NA. Is there a glitch?

    Hero's return is supposed to be triggered once an account hasn't been logged into for a while. Should be more than a month but I don't know the exact time it takes.

    Did you not log into EU for a longer duration?

    No. I login every day, though I'm on the EU server just long enough to get my mail and daily login rewards. I guess that'swhy. Thanks.
