Why could i buy that switch time funiture?

Im a new player of eso, just starting decorating, i have switch weather one, just need the switch time, could anyone tells me when it will able to buy with ticket pls?

These are the two time control furnishings I'm aware of. One of them is available for master writ vouchers and the other is via tickets.

It looks like the one you can get for tickets comes back around in the early part of the year, so probably not until 2026 if they stick to the schedule they've had.
