[Bugs] Golden Pursuits

Killing two delve bosses within a few minutes of each other (estimate 0 to 5 - 10 minutes) does not register the second kill on the associated Golden Pursuit.
Undaunted skill lines not already at 10 register a level up even after hitting 10. i.e. Someone at 9 gets credit (rightly) for ranking up to 10, but doing several further undaunted XP quests regsiters another "level up" on the associated Golden Pursuit. (I have not experienced this myself, but have had several players flag it to me)

LootAllTheStuff✭✭✭✭My GP is showing 2/3 Undaunted levels, but my character is still on level 9 - same as before the event started. So I'm not sure what's actually counting here. Playing with a companion out, but they were already at max level long before the event started. XB-NA.
ETA: Is it possible it's counting progress in Undaunted skill lines as well?

LootAllTheStuff✭✭✭✭I pinned that GP at 2/3 last night to see if I could get it trigger again, but none of the things I did caused a jump. Eventually gave up and found a character that had the Undaunted invitation and went to take the pledge. Unlocking the Undaunted skill line counts as 1 level gained, so that's completed. Still no idea where the first two levels came from though!0

Could it be the event quest where the passive-aggressive dark elf calls you a scamp? I did that one on a character I had not before and now have 1 in that GP and both of the characters that turned in pledges have Undaunted at 10.
