It's supposed to automatically opened and read accepting those quests right? What triggered them not being added? Did you close it too fast maybe?
EDIT: is this another grouped party bug? I do not know what you were doing at the time, so just throwing out ideas.
I have no idea. These are from the Reach so i am guessing i did these quests on the release date. I remember logging in on that day and doing these basic things. But i am not sure if i was grouped or not. In my alt characters i have these books.
The Reach has the most bugged books of any Zone.

I read the report, but I didn't find anything.

In the past, a few bugs in Eidetic Memory books, notes, etc. have been fixed, but they weren't included in the Patch Notes.0
