Drop chances for crafting surveys reduced?

Since the update last week where surveys were adjusted to stackable unidentified, I’m barely getting any.

I allow my surveys to build up and then tackle them all on Sundays, I do writs on all my characters and I usually get a good supply by the end of the week to comfortably sustain my crafting for the subsequent week. This week I didn’t get a single clothing survey

Is this simply RNG and I’m unlucky or have the drop chances been changed?

    Clothier and Woodworking survey drops became swapped with Cloth/Wood Master Writs when U47 dropped. PC has already been patched to correct this. Consoles will be patched to correct it tomorrow.

    I feel like there has been a reduction in drop rate for master writs. I think the surveys are relatively unchanged. No evidence to support this, just anecdotal.

    Strange, I seem to be getting more master writs but a drastic reduction in surveys

    Oh this actually makes sense and fits perfectly with the issue I’m having

    Thank you!! I was wondering why I was getting 12-15 surveys for each craft but Clothing and Woodworking. Zero for each. RNG doesn't explain that.

    Since the "fix" I have received six clothing surveys. I run daily writs on 16 characters. Clearly they have changed the drop rate....

    Even with the bug on console, I'm not seeing much in the way of either surverys or writs compared to the period before U47. I know RNG has ebbs and flows, but this is a lot of ebb...

    ETA: And of course, after posting that, I get 1 survey and 4 writs (including 2 master ones) on the same character. I should complain more often ;)

    Drop rate hasn't changed other than the bug that was patched. Its still the same % rate as before and I do a lot more daily crafting writs than you do daily. You just had bad rng. It happens.

    After the patch today I got one survey. I usually get six or more.

    I am barely getting any surveys for some reason. I usually get more also.

    After my haul of master writs yesterday, I got 4 surveys on the same character today and no writs. The RNG is definitely RNG-ing. Seems pretty much back to normal over all from my perspective?

    After the fix, I’m getting clothing and woodworking surveys again so I think it’s back to normal
