Where are the Sweepers and Soul Reapers?

I haven't seen any for days. I thought the Reapers replaced the Sweepers but I got a Sweeper last month. Is this working as intended?

You piqued my interest so did a tour of Stormhaven as I know all the spawn points there. Not a single sweeper or reaper event spawned, which is very unusual.

Soul Reapers can be randomly found across the Alliance zones and Solstice after you've completed the Seasons of the Worm Cult Prologue Quests. Were you on the right character while searching for them?

Yes, this is the character that farmed the soul reapers in a previous patch. Even regular sweepers didnt spawn in Stormhaven

I've recently encountered them from time to time in Solstice. Can't say for sure about base game zones though.

I'm Hero of Solstice? Does that count? I've seen and defeated them before. All over the place, Deshaun, etc. I've just stopped seeing them since a couple of maintenances ago.

And yes, I'm on the char I completed the quests with.

I'm not sure they're working as intended?

I'm still seeing the reapers occasionally in base game zones (XB-NA), but much less frequently than before update 47.

Finishing the quest is unnecessary. I've not touched the quest on an alt account and yet have killed enough for both the associated achievements.

Basically, “Where is the content?”

Feeling very shortchanged so far this year.

Bringing this back up since I have the same issue:

I was seeing them before I even touched the prologue quests, but now that I've done the quest, I've searched two base game zones plus Solstice and found absolutely not a single soul reaper, and given that it's late night/early morning on NA, I don't think they've all been wiped out before I arrived.

There was an issue with them not spawning when they first came out, that was fixed but maybe the bug has resurfaced.

Haven't seen a Soul Reaper outside of Solstice in months, and precious few inside of Solstice.

Same. I have given up on that achievement. I think I encountered two in total that dropped the McGuffin.

Maybe two or three of the useless kind.

I’m also having this issue. I used to see them spawn occasionally in a number of different zones and after touring SIX zones, including Solsitce, 8 times over the last week; not a single reaper has spawned.

I still see about 1 a day in Solstice along a route I repeat often across all of my alts. And about once every couple of weeks it's one with a named boss that drops a fragment. I'm at 6 of 10 now I think.

On days that I deviate from my normal daily routine with all of my alts though, I never run across any.

I’ve just spent the last 2 1/2 hours in Solstice, running around every inch of the zone and not a single reaper has spawned.

It’s relatively early in the day and the population (other players) has been pretty light so I’m confident it’s not that everyone’s just destroying them instantly upon spawn.

I spent over an hour in Auridon yesterday, where reapers had been spawning, and again, not a single one and I didn’t see a single player in the area (north Auridon).

There’s definitely an issue with the spawns.

They haven't been spawning in Rivenspire since the update. I know four places close to one another and no spawn. I have the achievement but I still check for the heck of it. I'm on PSNA.

Darn. Just as I finally post a thread on this subject I see this one. My haunt is usually Deshaan and I haven't seen any of those incursions for weeks. I might even go so far as to say for a couple of months by now. We're talking early August at the latest.

@minnowfaun didn't we actually talk about this in zone chat in Deshaan? Your username rings a bell.
