When is the LAUNCHER's download speed going to be fixed!?

How is this still an issue in 2025?? I still have consistent 11MB/s downloads (New install or Updates) and it never changes. Unlimited download speed selected and I'm on a 1GB/s wired-network connection. Changing this setting to any of the other download speed options above 10MB/s fails to produce any variation of download speed above 11MB/s but setting it to 5MB/s or 10MB/s slows the connection down to their respective speeds accordingly so something is working correctly. This is a PC client connection; not the STEAM client. I do not have this issue with any STEAM downloads or any other downloads for that matter... Always full speed and downloads are in seconds or a few minutes, file size dependent of course. ESO installation and updates are always several minutes to over an hour. My laptop specs are shown below, my main PC's specs are even higher. The speed is the same on both systems so it is not a system-specific issue. All drivers and OS updates are applied on both computers so it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. What gives?

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900HX 2.20 GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060
RAM: 32.0 GB
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition: Windows 11 Pro
Version: 23H2
OS Build: 22631.5472

Thanks for the great "tech support"..... Neither an answer here nor a response to ticket submission.

Do you have your ticket number to your support ticket?

Have you considered that your ISP may have protections/caps in place for downloading and uploading, to prevent users from overloading their network. Your ISP may be capping you at 10-11MB download speed.

PS: Many ISP's have hidden caps/ceilings in place.

Edit: It could also be a bottleneck somewhere between you and the ESO servers which causes the 10-11MB maximum download speed.

@Sarannah Uhm, ya..... thanks for *not* reading the OP. :|

@ZOS_CouchTato No idea... I went through the tickets and was unable to find it. I noticed too that there are
other tickets past that are not showing. It may have something to do with all the SPAM reports that I have
submitted since there's quite the string of tickets apparently created every time an in-game report is created.

Unfortunately there's not really a way for us to look into it without a ticket number. Can you provide any of the ticket numbers you have? We may be able to locate it as long as it was sent through the same account.

Additionally, you may want to check that you didn't send a feedback ticket. Those are not typically going to receive a response. Make sure you are sending the ticket through this channel.

@ZOS_CouchTato This may be the issue then. I will create a new ticket in that channel. Thanks!

Nowhere in your OP is it mentioned that you could be capped by your ISP, only that you lowered your speeds and your speeds did actually lower. That says nothing about any possible cap.
Keep in mind, your other programs may seem to download faster but could really have the same 10-11MB cap. These will only seem faster as downloads usually already start before you actually press download.

    Anyways, just trying to help!

PS: There is a major difference between "MB" and "Mb" download speeds! It could be that the other downloads only seem faster as they are displaying in Mb instead of MB.
