EHT Housing Community Not Adding or Removing Houses for Months

EHT has not been updated in almost a whole year. It has had a major pile-up of issues that are beyond frustrating to deal with, the most recent being the inability to post or remove houses from the Housing Community. Some people have found work arounds, but it's sad that this amazing add-on seems to have fallen by the wayside. I prefer to use the housing community for listing my homes because I can be far more precise with the houses I list, and even include written blurbs about the house so people get an idea of what they're about to walk into. The Housing Tours has been nice to include in the base game, but it is obsolete in every way. I'm worried that eventually, this add-on will cease to exist because of lack of care/updates. I hope Cardinal or any of the other devs who work on this add-on will give it the time of day it deserves to get it back up and running properly. As an avid housing creator, this add-on is my backbone and is literally essential for my work, as I know it is for other builders/decorators.

I have the same problem, I have manyl houses listed on EHT and have recently been trying to add a few more, I have tried several times over several days but it hasn't worked. As I list a house it looks like it's there but as soon as I reload to publish, it's gone.
I agree Lyterette, EHT is much better than Home Tours and a real shame for the players who enjoy housing if it is no longer going to be updated.

Given that the EHT developer Cardinal (James Sammartino) is now employed by ZOS as a UI engineer for ESO, and the driving force behind building Home Tours into the game, I doubt you'll see any more updates to EHT. Conflict of interest and all that stuff..

I wish someone would take over. I much prefer the EHT Community and have not participated in the Home Tours.

That's likely not an option. He'd probably lose his job if he were to do that. Again, conflict of interest.

That's likely not an option. He'd probably lose his job if he were to do that. Again, conflict of interest.

Unless ZoS have recently decided EHT can no longer be updated by Cardinal I think this is unlikely tbh.

Given he has been employed by ZoS for around 5 years and EHT was being updated up to October last year, it might be more likely he just doesn't have the time anymore.

Hopefully someone can pick up the reigns but it's such a huge addon maybe it is too complex to take over easily?
