Anyway to disable Display 1, 2, 3 and 4 to allow Shift/Windows and Left arrow to work.

My primary display is 1 and I play my games on display 2, I also use Moonlight streaming so I can play ESO on my Laptop when needed (So that disables all my monitors and creates a virtual one, which becomes 1, so that is not an issue)
Having a fixed Display 1, 2, 3 or 4 is very inconvenient for me forcing the game to start on a particular monitor when I would like to control what monitor I am playing on.
Does anybody know a workaround or a fix to disable this feature in the settings? I feel it unfair the game deciding what monitor I should play on.

peejaygee✭✭make it windowed and you can drag and drop where you like
I currently run it in Borderless Windowed mode [or Windowed (Fullscreen) in the options] so that does not help. I don't want to see the Windows application bar/border while I'm playing the game.
