Seem to have a bugged quest

Doing "Wing of the Gryphon" for scribing, has three parts, get three 'creatia'.
I entered this in game and it's not in my tickets, then entered it again on the website, still not in my tickets.
I got the first two, and am getting the third in "Faldar's Tooth" Delve.
When I entered, the fox was waiting to say he'd meet me in the back. I went to the back, getting the delve quest on the way. In the back, I killed the boss and think I looted the chest for the third creatia. The fox was there wanting to talk, but he was going to open a portal and I hadn't finished the delve quest, so I went back to the entrance for that.
I did, and at the entrance the fox was there again and said the same line about meet in the back. I went to the back, but this time, no fox, and if I opened the chest, nothing inside.
I tried exiting the delve and coming back, and logging off a while and coming back, no change.
So I can't finish the quest - and probably have to start over and do all three parts again.

LootAllTheStuff✭✭✭✭Have you tried going to the Gryphon's wing directly to see if you can turn in the stolen creatia? As I understand it, the Fox's portal is just a short-cut to do that.1 -

No, because I still only have 2/3. It's possible the third was deleted when I talkd to the fox again.
The chest doesn't give the third one anymore.0 -
Petoften✭✭✭ZOS seems to be no help. Can't seem to open a ticket for help, opened one for a bug which does not get any.
Looks like I need to repeat the quest.0 -
Petoften✭✭✭Oh my gosh. I abandoned it and it totally starts the whole Gryphon thing over, hours of questing.
Do all three wards, then do all three tasks, then do all three creatia again.0 -
