1.Gives sorc a class based single spammable skill by moving crystal shards to storm calling line,rework it to shock damage and no longer cast time,which can replace surge.

Surge is an inefficient skill for dps and also healer compare with molten weapon,health recover is not the first considerations to dps. But for healer it can be a off-heal skill in dark magic line and can ez proc passive.

2.Moving bound armor(armaments)to storm line , mines to daedric line and bolt escape to dark magic line.

Bound Armaments is just like Merciliess resolve of NB, and in U47 they nearly share same power, put it to main damage line is is reasonable.
Mines is a “Daedric” skill and with a defensive morph,tanks and healers also more tend to pick these lines,and wont affecting pvper‘s option
Block mitigation effect can be added to Harden ward
lightning escape(may be not lightning any more)can effect more under dark magic passives

3.Buff one morph of mage’s fury but no longer haunt on enemy
Now its much weaker in pve contents maybe increase threshold to 25%,or gives it a consecutive cast damage increase will help more(endless fury uh?)

    Absolute no to #1. I do not use crystal frags, but do use Crit Surge on my sorc builds for free Major Brutality/Sorcery and extra heals. I also replaced Dark Magic line with more useful lines from other classes. So, if it's not efficient for you it does not mean others don't find it useful. If your suggestion was to be implemented, and surge moved to Dark Magic, I would be forced to get that line back. No, thanks.

    What you are suggesting is that sorc should boil down to a damage only skill line, a tank only skill line and a heal only skill line. What should happen with subclassing is that each skill line has its theme and then houses all three damage, tank, and heals in its own themed way.

    For example: Stormcalling is fast aggressive response ready gameplay. Lightning form and streak give mobility provide movement and allow aggressive behavior. Surge rewards aggressive behavior and was originally intended for a shorter cooldown(lower tooltip) such that it wasn't just a generic 1/s effect. The passives for physical and lightning were aimed at enabling sorcs to use out of class spammables (now out of meta since weapon skills like dizzy swing pale in comparison to skills like surprise attack)

    Really we need to figure out the core main sorc playstyles the players like and try to re-consolidate them. For instance:
    Storm - Classic stamsorc hurricane, critsurge, streak......... Drop mages wrath for crystal weapon or bound armaments as a new skill.
    Dark magic - Classic magsorc with frags, dark conversion..........Needs mages wrath, hardened ward, curse
    Daedric summoning - Pets build .........Needs to play more into pets and zone control with mines, encase, needs more pet oriented buffs. For instance clanfear should have an active taunt skill instead, even in pvp you could make it apply a 10% or more damage debuff so it becomes worth taking out.
    We should use the insightful and awesome buttons more
