The frustration mainly comes from the fact that it’s been happening regularly since the end of June!
On my end, I just managed to connect to the PC-EU server.
Positiv point : I feel like things are running more smoothly now.1 -

✭✭✭Microsoft fired everyone recently except Gina and Kevin. They're in the server room working on a fix but it could take a bit.
Edit: Jessica is logged into the server now fixing as well

I would like to respectfully disagree that in my experience of similar longevity and number ESO has had more server issues than all other games I have played. Our player experiences with MMOs are very different.7 -
