Given that this is the 4th or 5th time something like this has happened are we to expect any compensation for the disruption or is it a case of 'get over it' like the previous times seems to have been? This is a service a lot of us pay for after all.
What about the event? It is unlikely given previous trends I will be able to log in this evening so I am now unable to get my tickets for a timed event, will they be credited to everyone or are we just shouldering that one too?2 -
daedalus1975✭✭I play on PC EU and PC NA servers (Bethesda client) and on a secondary account on PC EU and PC NA servers (Epic client) and it's impossible to login.

I play another MMO and they have the very odd and rare server issue - usually when new content is released. ZoS and ESO are the worst for server issues (and other issues). Seems like they just don't care enough to fix what's broken so it stays fixed!1 -
Ilumia✭✭✭✭✭PC-EU, can't login either. I get that there can be trouble from time to time, but it's been quite a lot recently. I bet they're not happy about it either, and are working the problem, but I would like a bit more communication on these issues that have become quite regular. And maybe also that they extend the sub by a day, and give us the three event tickets
It doesn't really matter to me that some people could log in and get them and will then get three extra, it's just that I calculated what I could do with the time I had, and it is a bit disappointing to be missing those three that I would have gotten if not for the server issues.
I know this is a tiny problem in a big world, but this entertainment os my resting place where I go to be ok, so it does matter to me, which is a good thing for zos
Because of the maintenance I couldn't play earlier, so now I won't be able to get the daily event ticekts, or endeavors done, or get daily login - or just play the game, not the end of the world, just a shame for me.
Stuff happens, but it is important how you deal with the stuff. I realize that compensation is a wasps nest, and there isn't a ton of examples from zos, but it would be a nice "hey, we know this sucks, sorry about it, here's a little something as a recognition that we see that our players care about playing the game, and showing up every day to obtain ingame rewards - thanks for the patience we wish for" 5 -
