Wayshrine Navigation Chart Description Error?

It only revealed the wayshrines in one zone. Is this intentional? The description made it sound like all of Tamriel. If its only one zone I would rather have used it in Reaper's March. I got it from a special Golden Pursuit for a returning player account and wasted it in Auridon.

well they managed to make it very clear there. not sure why they weren't more clear on the scroll. i would have assumed at the very least, there would have been a drop down option when you use it to choose the zone and/or some sort of confirmation similar to when you want to DESTROY trash. because you can't just destroy it. YOU HAVE TO CAPITALIZE ITpcna0 -
