    Players are firing the Grim Focus spectral bow twice in a row at me! Yes that was satire, but I'll bet all my potatoes the devs get plenty of "bug reports" regarding the double spectral bow from PvP'ers who didn't read the notes. The resulting manic gameplay and sudden deaths are definitely going to feel like it just has to be a bug, right? Right?

    While Banner Bearer is in use, using Armory Assistants to switch builds will cause Banner Bearer to remain active (but without animation, and will remain active even if not placed in a skill slot)

    The bug preventing Blastbones from being cast still exists and is even worse due to the 5 pet limitation in PvP. Not sure if the npc corpses are counting as our pets or if it's something else entirely, but this performance change already is a harsh indirect nerf to the combat ability of Necromancer multi corpse reliant skills/abilities to the point that some are unusable in PvP (Please look through the numerous PTS threads and posts on the combat abilities feedback thread in case they were missed). Some of these reductions in utility are to a degree that should have been directly mentioned in the patch notes.

    Due to the low population of Cyrodiil and battlegrounds during the PTS we can't be sure the issue will become even more cumbersome with dead players in the mix like the npcs from IC. This change while maybe made with good intentions did not take into account the ripple effect it would have on the Necromancer's corpse mechanic, and the bug that was set out to be solved that mainly affected PvE has now spread to PvP environments. Relay to the developers to rollback this change anything gained from it in performance will be eclipsed by the amount of bugs and hamstringing of the Necromancer class that will occur from it in the "Play how you want" patch.

    Blastbones is broken in Update 46 due to the changes to corpses.

    This user is stating the failure rate for Blastbones not casting is around 20% in open world PvP.

    If you press the Crystal Fragments of the proc too quickly, sometimes the Crystal will not cause damage and the sound effects will be lost.

    Sometimes, even if there is a corpse on the field, Necro's Syphon will not become clickable immediately, but will be clickable after a delay of about 1 second.

    Results above are comparing the status effect chance for Bound Armaments on Live vs PTS. Live shows a status effect chance of 3%, PTS update v11.1.3 shows it has been buffed by 5x to 15%.

    Bound Armaments is a single target direct damage ability, you can test this by scaling it with CP, sets like Maelstrom 2 Hander, or Shock Destruction Staves, so a 3% status effect chance is the wrong base to start from. On paper you've buffed it by 5x, in reality it's only a 1.5x buff from where it should been.

    While I think this bug should be fixed to make the base 10%, I'm not saying 5x for 50% is balanced, maybe go with 3x for 30%, but there's no reason to keep this in a bugged state and pretend like it's a buff when it's this negligible.

    This same bug is present on Rapid Strikes, where the ability scales with single target + direct damage, yet only has a 3% status effect chance instead of 10%. If this is a balancing decision, clarify it on the tooltip, otherwise, fix what is broken, please and thank you.'

    And for comparison sake, you buffed Jabs status effect chance to be higher with update 46. That ability has 3 hits as an aoe spammable, so it went from 5% to 15% with 3x. Why is a single target semi spammable skill like Bound Armaments at the same value?

    Can we change the necromancer hungry scythe to frost damage please? Since its a tank skill, the other morph is not jut physical and all other necro dam is elemental (and disease and frost fit thematically the best)

    I just tested using only Necromancer class ability summons (Spirit Guardian, Skeletal Mage, Blastbones, and use Animate Blastbones ultimate to summon 3 more Blastbones) in PVE (where the pet limit cap is supposed to be 10), while using Flame Skull/Ricochet Skull and still am getting the "Failed to summon combat pet: Capacity reached.":

    This should not be intended in PVE or PVP, as I'm literally just using my Necromancer class abilities as designed, but if it is, can devs talk to us Necromancer mains about what's going on with our class and if we may see a fix before U47 goes live?
