Seadrake disguise not working in Stros M'kai

Several times now, with different characters, where I've had the Seadrake disguise on, but I'm viewed as an enemy by all of them at Saintsport in Stros M'kai. It should only be the Sentry, but everyone does. Might want to have a look?

Are you wearing the disguise found in containers, or the collectible costume?
I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!

@Quackery - just saw a similar thread posted here: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/678679/wearing-a-disguise

Seems like the yellow outline might be a casualty of this change. Do the non-sentry ones actually alarm and attack you?

Yes, they do. It's really irritating.

Couldn't reproduce this on XB-NA. Is it possible it's connected to an add-on doing something? Looks like you might just have to file an official bug report for this one.

With the disguise from the container all Drake enemys still have a red outline, but the non-sentry do not alarm or attack me.
The sentry should also have the blue detection circle but they don't.

I removed all addons but still the same behaviour.
I also tested on PTS which is also without addons, same behaviour.

I've only ever seen the blue circle in areas where I am deemed to be trespassing. For base game areas where you are infiltrating an enemy-held area, the sentries have a red eye above their head that opens up and glows if they detect you.

I thought the blue circle was there too.
But in the no trespassing area Jarol Estate in Gold Coast I also can't see the blue circle around the sentries when I sneak.
