If this is the reason that's ridiculous. Making skills not work is not a solution to anything. If that strat is really an issue (it isn't) then block the door.tomofhyrule wrote: »That's to get rid of an... unintended interaction (which didn't get rid of it)
The standard strategy of "taunt them and then run into the hallway" actually annoys Finn to no end because that is not how that fight was designed. So now, they're only tauntable in melee so you need to grab them from up close
(doesn't stop you from still running intro the hallway once you did poke them though)

Been an issue with range taunt of the fates there for over 6 months (wss in a GS prog right up to subclassing). Melee taunt still works fine though.

But still, only melee taunts work. Best idea is for the MT and OT to be standing where the far cat spawns so they can grab them right away, then poke the second one as they run toward the door. Still stacks everyone as "intended," but the tanks just need to start at the other end of the room.
whos this Finn guy, the designer of SunSpire?

He's the lead encounter designer, so technically yes since the other devs working on the content report to him.
Although I don't know what his role was when Sunspire was designed.
yeah, i just tried melee taunt and followed it with the old "stacking at the doorway" strategy today and it worked, awkwardly enough though.Renato90085 wrote: »for me ,melee taunt still can work, but other taunt skill all cant
