@ZOS_Kevin I understand that there are probably policies that you have to follow regarding sending unsolicited mails to players who didn't opt in, but it does seem strange to have the permissions for things like feedback lumped together with marketing. I suspect most of the people in this thread who didn't get a survey had simply not opted in to receive what many would perceive to be spam.
I think things like surveys--not just for this campaign, but also the random feedback surveys that I've seen over the years--should be a separate setting. Perhaps one that is opt-in by default?
