please put what ever signal is needed from fort worth in europe as well so this can stop this is almost every day now. . you expect player to get eso+ and pay for a season pass and cannot get in game this is pathetic and getting boring very quickly so fix it or get a new lot of players because thats whats going to happen very quickly so microsoft will lose money and then you lose jobs also. thats how big companies work. just stating facts

I think you should calm down a bit. Yes it's irritating, yes we are losing the value of our ESO+ a little, but let's not start talking about people losing jobs and livelihoods. Zenimax have just been hit with a large round of layoffs; we don't want to see yet more devs looking for jobs. I am certain this is not what they want, what they want is the game to work properly and everyone playing as normal. It's late at night here in the EU., Not everyone is available instantly. There's clearly a technical issue, and I believe they should provide us with more information than they have. However, I'm sure they will do everything possible as soon as possible to restore the game and prevent future occurrences of this issue.

This is the case unfortunately. We are still working on a solution with our vendor. But the team is aware and working to resolve this issue.
