So are people enjoying the sewer line waterfall in this house? It's a very interesting for 8,000 crowns

I think it's supposed to be sand.

Supposed to or not, it doesn't quite look that way 🤣

It does indeed look like a sewer waterfall.

To be honest, the whole house has me wondering how many players actually really like the Mirrormoor aesthetic. To each their own, of course, but it’s always felt really out of place in ESO to me.

It's the newest thing, the only thing I like is the actual mirrormoor when the boss is up. The spatial disruption for me looks very mesmerizing and oddly satisfying... As for furnishings and housing, I'm not a big fan of it... But to each their own

It looks like a more sparkly less monotone Coldharbor to me, but I'm not crazy about it.

I like the overall mood of the house itself, though.

Originally I wasn't much for Ithelia when they were first announced, but ended up really liking them after the Bladesongs of Boethra books added lore about them. Style wise, I was always a fan of the Fargrave celestial themes, and I feel like the shard and fate thread vibe goes with it well enough. Though I'm happy with my decorated Ossa Accentium, so I'm passing on this house.
Still waiting for answers about class set aura behavior, and also hoping that one day hair dyeing will be an option. We know it's canon thanks to a book in the Manor of Masques! (House of Reveries: The Troupe)
Proud owner of a Morrowind Banner of the 6th House (back when it actually meant something)

I second this. Ossa Ascentium is plenty spacious for my mirrormor garden, which is more than enough of that particular style. Filling this house with Redguard and Fargrave furnishings seems a lack of imagination or resources to fully develop Ithelia’s plane. the price seems to reflect that they know this house has limited appeal.

For those who have purchased it, the only choice to purchase seems to be Unfurnished. I would rather start out Furnished. If I choose the only option, does it come Furnished?

NVM, in it's unfurnished state, it comes with some furniture.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I still don't understand why ZOS isn't releasing empty places with furniture bundles, so people could build whatever they like, especially in a place like this.

There are way too few empty housing spaces.

I don't like any house which starts with a long walkway that has to be crossed to reach the main area. Small courtyard is great. But here the whole house is over a bridge, a delay. The Nocturnal realm house has the same issue.

Maybe frequent showers underneath this sewer line waterfall are what made Ithelia appear the way she did :P

I did a preview tour of the house and I like that it's vertically expanding, and there's a couple of separate areas other than the main column. I agree with the other commenter about the entrance bridge, however, if the space around the bridge is buildable, that gives additional real estate and it's a pretty area, given the Fargrave skybox. I wasn't too fond of the Mirrormoor details around the house (including the sewer-like waterfall ); I like the aesthetic, I just don't think it meshes well with Fargrave, and I'm not a fan of how the zone was basically retconned to host a new realm. Another thing I liked was the 'elevator' port between the lower and upper levels, though I wish there was some extra animation to it. All in all I think it's a nice house for the price, and template houses are always fun to build. I have a no-buy clause for new houses until I decorate the ones I already have, but it's tempting for sure
