stuck in character load

SonOfSoma✭✭✭✭As a paying customer, surely I have rights if the product is faulty and not of a satisfactory quality.
I'm asking myself why AM I paying a monthly subscription to this failing product?
I think ALL the EU server customers should be given a decent compensation for your inadequacy.
Otherwise I think I may just cancel my subscription.5 -

{Zos maintenance team} ....we will clear the log queue and hopefully the game will fix itself......Agreed we will do this and hope for the best. (we can always tell the customer to reboot their system and reconnect if all else fails.
Why are we not being informed of the real problem here if its faulty components/hardware remove it from the system and replace with working equipment, surely cant be software related as NA server is running smooth as with no reported problems or drops as far as I'm aware from my own experience.

As we are kept in the dark, it is only making us more annoyed with it. If we know why, we at least understand why these issues are happening.4 -

If we need more capacity, then they should get the capacity. If not, the problem will solve itself with players quitting the game. But I have a hard time imagening that you would want to loose paying customers. 1 -

I did look into past forum threads (til around page 35 of recent discussions) and it started June 21 with almost daily issues. There was just one week (between July 3 and July 10) with less or zero issues on EU servers.Do you think we can start a new collecting hobby now, collecting of PC-EU emergencies?

Changing districts in Imp City causes no issues.
Going from Imp City to sewers is either a 5 minute loading screen or a kick.Live a little love a lot send all your gold to this Imperials pot.0 -

It shouldn't take 5 minutes to load from IC to sewers.
Also, one shouldn't be kicked doing this either which has just happened again to me the 4th time today.

2nd. Logged my main to do writs, logged next char took about 20 minutes total
Update:
It takes about 20 minutes from log-in screen to reach your character in-game
you guys need to have some patience if you want to survive around
Zenimax is working effectively to free up space in ESO Servers in favor of other project. you have to get used and tolerate that2 -

Logon took a long time, and then I got kicked of mega server while I was entering a delve.

Abelon✭✭✭✭✭And then people will say that 8 hour maintenances weekly, that happen during prime time, shouldn't be criticized. "Maintenance and working servers, or no maintenance and broken servers! Hurr durr!"
All we get is constant downtime. All week every week there is downtime. Not a single other MMO gets even close to the amount of downtime ESO gets, not a single one. And that we get these kinds of problems, misse out on subscription, events, log in rewards, endeavors, etc, etc, REGULARLY... and then get no compensation and usually not even acknowledgment... Business as usual really. Pay for a month of ESO Plus, get to use 20 days at most really. For god knows which month in a row, literally can't get to final day of login rewards purely because ZoS constantly messes up and locks EU out of entire days.Edited by Abelon on 17 July 2025 10:271 -

That #3 thread is actually from 15th on the late night as problems started after 22.30.
