We have made vampire so that you cannot regain health in any stage by any means. We feel having a finite pool of health will facilitate a risk/reward style of play that vampire players enjoy.

That's not entirely true - Just like Hybridization, they've gone a half measure. So you still have all of the inconvenience of choosing a class with non of the benefits.

I watched the ESO Tavern in Germany, and Gina said that some bigger changes will be coming the third week and they will be sharing information on that soon.

Week two never gets anything interesting or dramatic on PTS, so we’re all just wringing our hands for nothing. Perhaps this will be the one time where they break with the trend, though I doubt it.

I was expecting the main patch notes to say something like “Adjusted some of the flower arrangements in Solstice to make for a more pleasing appearance” so I guess this is more than that!

They usually hold off on balance changes until the .2 or .3 patches, cuz it's more time for feedback. They been doin that for YEARS, mind you.

It's the least used skill line according to eso logs.
I'm sure the only people that use it are the one's who haven't unlocked subclassing yet.
There's like legit 0 reason to go into shadow subclassing unless you want to play "invisible" rp build actual pve/pvp it's crap.
