Scripts from zone dailies will only drop after you have completed certain wings of the Scholarium. Focus scripts drop from Mages Guild dailies and from delves dailies in expansions after someone completes the Wing of the Gryphon. Signature scripts drop from Fighters Guild dailies and from WB dailies in expansions (Cyrodiil board missions, too) after completing the Wing of the Dragon. Affix scripts drop from Bolgrul's delve daily and from World Event dailies in expansions after completing the Wing of the Netch. Note that not all expansions have World Event dailies, but most of them have delve and WB dailies (Hew's Bane is weird). The nine scripts in the Mages Guildhalls (three of each) are not repeatable, although one character can pick them up, put it in the Bank, pick up another, put it in the Bank, etc. They will not stack and they are account-bound.

AFAIK, and unless something changed in today's update, they continue to drop as they always have. They're curated until a character has learned all the scripts which can drop from that source and will be RNG afterward.

Almost there. It's one guaranteed drop per daily type (Cyrodiil might be different; I don't go there much) per account. So you can get two guaranteed Affix scripts per day by doing Bolgrul's daily and one expansion World Event daily. After those guaranteed drops, it's 25% chance per daily per character, but scripts will still be curated for the character opening the coffers.

You and the ESO Stream Team member disagree, I personally don't know enough to argue who is correct.

There are a total of 9 curated Scripts guaranteed each day per account, 3 each of Signature, Focus, and Affix.

PvP sources: 1x Rewards of the Worthy (Focus), 1x Cyrodiil town or mission board quest (Signature), 1x Imperial City district quest (Affix)
Guild sources: 1x Fighter's Guild daily (Signature), 1x Mages Guild daily (Focus), 1x Undaunted Delve daily (Affix)
DLC Zone sources: 1x Zone Delve daily (Focus), 1x Zone World Boss daily (Signature), 1x Zone Incursion daily (Affix)

Keep in mind that these Scripts come from the coffers that are rewarded upon quest completion, so you are free to complete more than 1 each and stockpile them to open on subsequent days.

You are also guaranteed 1 additional curated Affix script each day per character by completing a Random Daily Dungeon on that character.
