If we need to be blocking for the extra health regen, this ability should NOT have a cost and should be turned into a heavy armor passive. Because blocking removes stamina regen, so besides the cost of the ability itself, the cost now keeps ramping up for every stamina regen missed.
Could be, but even in their own design philosophy this nerf does not make sense. With skills like stealth they change them to be 'easier' to use and make them a toggle(heavily disagree with that as toggle is unreliable, but anyways), yet a skill like dark cloak now has to be cast more often due to the duration nerf, requires two actions to be useful(skill+block), and costs more resources(block halts stamina regen). I always assume that there is a PVP reason behind every nerf like this.

Why answer to everything is "just multiclass bro"? How about no?Unless you want to play a pure NB tank, I'd rather take Polar Wind and Restoring Focus or Channeled Focus.
Three seconds of healing while blocking sounds like both a buff and a debuff. When you're blocking, you're already not taking much damagerinos, and if you do get hit hard, you might prefer burst healing, like Polar Wind, over a conditional HoT — even a strong one.
