As of yesterday, someone has found Y'ffre's Hymn. I don't know if ZOS fixed it without calling it out or if it's been there longer, but it's right at the bottom of the circle road on the western side of Vashabar (~0.27, 0.52 on the Vashabar map).

It definitely was not there prior to U-46. So chances are Letter to Arados is now knocking around in WW somewhere

I'd have to retrace all quest routes. I've already checked the story quest house and the under-thingy in Vashabar. I mean it could even be in LC ... ugh!

Ran through there last night in an attempt. Spent waaaaay too long looking and found nothing. Also does make sense it's not in there since those dungeons came out before WW.

Unlikely as dungeon books have their own categories ... unlikely but not impossible of course. The problem is we don't actually know it IS in-game, I'm merely suggesting it now could be given Y'ffre's Hymm was added - which is why such fixes should be in the pacth notes.

ZOS seems to continue to underestimate just how many people care about their EM collection.

My immediate guess was near the entrance to Oathsworn in the Reach. I wouldn't have put it past ZOS to put it there. It wasn't, though.

If nobody has found "Letter from the Stirk Fellowship" yet, is it possible that it may be related to the upcoming Writhing Wall event and associated quests? Just a thought if we're all missing it and nobody can find it yet.

I thought so too but the letter says to find Midconjuror Mirmal outside the city of Sunport, which would start the mainquest for Solstice. So it seems to just be bugged or lost for some reason.
They did implement Skordo as a queststarter aswell in the main cities, so i guess that must have conflicted with the letter.

If you read the book here https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Letter_from_the_Stirk_Fellowship you see that it seems a sort of prologue for the main quest of Solstice. So I don't think it could be related to the upcoming event...

Ah rip, you are right that is less likely given the text. Here's to hoping they fix it sooner rather than later then. Still frustrated at my five or so bugged books. At least Solstice overall had less than previous years...

Woah, there is a HUGE Different between missable Books or BUGGED Books.

Bugged = Never seen. Missable = during Quests.

Okay, wait xD Think i need to think different. No Post Quest Location is bug, but other bug instead of never seen, like Stark fellowship

The paper for the Missing Steed quest is not showing up on the ground (no quest arrow to one either), but I have not picked up the quest from the Squire yet. I am wonder if it glitches into the ground, the nodes seem to be lower in the ground than usual too. I tried reloading UI and relogging but haven’t found it, will check again another day.

I'm glad they put a copy of Elegians Note in Marbruk Outlaws refuge I just wish they fixed it first, still acts the same as in An Apocalyptic Situation you can examine it but doesn't credit you. I've been waiting a long time.

The Jewelry Survey with Text come with U46. And there is no Book, u read the Surveys directly.
