Volley of the World-Eater Skill bug

Hello, I got the Voley of the World-Eater from a crown crate but when I went to my collections book it shows as 'not collected'. I'm sure I'm not mistaken, is there a reason this has happened?
I've attatched a screenshot for reference.
(In chat box, bottom left, you can see the receipt of the Skill style.)

✭✭In that screenshot, it shows as collected, but the red text says it's unavailable because you can't use the skill currently on your character. Does it still not show next to Volley in your skill menu when you click on the Skill Styling square with a bow equipped and Volley skilled up?PC-NA

This should be your answer. It appears as though you have not unlocked volley with a skill point. That’s all it’s saying: that you don’t have the skill required to use that style while also saying collected on the same UI1
