Scribing Impossible

I have ESO+ and the new content pass - and scribing NPC does not appear, portal does not work, and it is not in crown store as the free purchase to begin.
I think it is because they removed it from Gold Road, but have not yet put it in base game - so is impossible to start. @ZOS_Kevin ?

✭They need to just put an announcement about this in game so people see it. There’s been so many posts like this.
Because they’re putting it in a golden pursuit, they essentially disabled it if you purchased it within a certain timeframe until that launches for some reason. No idea why.PS5-NA. For The Queen!1 -

TYTYTY! - I just came back and have now had 4 ppl trying to 'help walk me through it' where I've said (before having seen the above linked thread) - 'it doesn't work rn trust me - I reckon it is a problem due to it moving to base game' and now, I can just link this thread. xD
